:Jollyn Mwisongo is ACARI Management Group, Inc. President & CEO with 20+ years of industry experience. Ms. Mwisongo has created comprehensive strategies in support of Minority and Women-owned Businesses Enterprise goals and implemented diversity programs from small to billion-dollar construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Also, unique to the ACARI brand, is a systematic process that measures the key performance indicators and detailed reporting to key stakeholders. Ms. Mwisongo actively serves as a board member for a number of advocacy and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Mwisongo received a Master of Business Administration & Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Law from Bangalore University. Certificate in Contract Compliance (ACCA) from Morgan State University.

SR. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

:Russ Pounds is a Construction Manager with 35+ years of experience as an A|E|C professional. He works with the Procedeo team on the Fort Worth Independent School District’s $1.2 billion bond program. Responsible for coordination and implementation of all technical and administrative activities between the District, Design Consultants and Contractors in support of construction projects, renovations, and facility improvements. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Pounds worked as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM where he was responsible for all General Contractor procurement, bidding, negotiations, and awards of contracts for all projects.

Mr. Pounds received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University and Management of Manager’s Course at Southern Methodist University School of Business.

ROSALYN ASHER

M/WBE PROJECT MANAGER

:Rosalyn Asher is an M/WBE Program Coordinator. Working as part of the Skanska team, she is responsible for tracking the DBE Compliance and spearheading all outreach events on the $105M Tarrant County College District's new construction higher education buildings in Fort Worth. Prior to her current role, Ms. Asher held a position as a Proposal Coordinator with JGroup, LLC. She was responsible for analysis of Federal and State Request for Proposals and Quotes.

Ms. Asher received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the American InterContinental University and is a Certified Compliance Administrator.

DOUG WALLACE

SR. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

:Doug Wallace is a Construction Manager with 40+ years of experience as an A|E|C professional. He is responsible for oversight of all construction, delivery and warranty efforts while working directly with PMs, general contractors, architects and construction services personnel. He has extensive experience in higher education, consumer products, heavy industrial, transportation and municipal projects. Prior to his current role, Mr. Wallace worked as a Construction Manager on the Dallas Independent School District’s $1.5 billion 2015 Bond Program.

Mr. Wallace received a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Boise State University.

MARISOL GOMEZ

HUB COORDINATOR

:Marisol Gomez is a HUB Coordinator working with the Procedeo team. Responsible for the outreach advocacy and compliance of the CIP to ensure that maximum opportunities are accessible for Small, Disadvantaged, Minority and Women-Owned enterprises in the CIP’s Contracting. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Gomez worked at The Children’s Place as a Sales Lead.

Ms. Gomez received a Master's of Science in International Sustainable Development from the University of North Texas, Denton and Bachelor of Arts, International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington.

JY’RIC CARTER

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

:JyRic Carter is an Assistant Superintendent. As part of the CORE team, he is responsible for assisting with the entire scope of on-site management of the project. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Carter was a superintendent with Team Vision.

Mr. Carter received a Master’s in Business Administration from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

SIERRA THOMPSON

DOCUMENT CONTROL AND CLOSEOUT SPECIALIST

:Sierra Thompson is a Document Control/Closeout Specialist. She is responsible to write, process, and route third-party construction contracts. Conduct administrative review of all documents and proposals. Assist project managers and general contractors with submission of documents and conduct closeouts for all CMAR/CSP and third-party projects for payment. Prior to her current role, Ms. Thompson worked for CitiBank where she gained significant contract reading and computer software experience.

Ms. Thompson received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University.

CALE WILKINSON

PROJECT MANAGER

:Cale Wilkinson is a Project Manager working on a $1.2 billion bond project for the Fort Worth Independent School District’s 2021 Bond Program. He is responsible for all phases of site management, field studies, estimates, budget preparation, scheduling, contractor management and project closeout. Prior to joining the company Mr. Wilkinson worked at HCI General Contractors as Assistant Project Manager for three years where he gained valuable experience learning scheduling, cost verification, project documentation, budgeting and closeout.

Mr. Wilkinson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University and attended Hardin Simmons University.

JESSICA DAY

INVOICE SPECIALIST

:Jessica Day is an Invoice Specialist. She is responsible for reviewing, processing, researching and paying Construction Services invoices in a timely manner. Provide customer service to Construction Services vendors, contractors, Owners, and staff. Prior to joining ACARI she was a Field Office Manager for Manhattan Construction Company where she utilized various verification and tracking applications.

Ms. Day is ProCore certified and has extensive experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Excel.

RICK HEYMANN

OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE / ESTIMATOR

:Richard Heymann is an Owner’s Representative/Estimator with 32+ years of experience as an A|E|C professional. Mr. Heymann is responsible for estimating and bidding projects as part of the Procedeo team. Manages new and ongoing projects, scheduling and budget, feasibility review, outlines specifications, establishes project scopes, and meets with clients. Prior to his current role, Mr. Heymann was an estimator and project manager at Texas Bomanite where he was in charge of estimating and bidding exterior concrete projects.

Mr. Heymann received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University.

MAGDALENE VITALE

M/WBE PROJECT MANAGER

:Magdalene Vitale is an MWBE Project Manager. As part of the AECOM team, she is responsible for maintaining detailed reports on compliance of DISD ‘s contractual MWBE obligations. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Vitale worked at Phillips/May Corporation as a Project Administrative Assistant. She worked closely with project managers and project engineers to ensure all needs of the project were being addressed from bid phase to closeout.

Ms. Vitale received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed a Paralegal Program at Humber College in Canada.

DAVID MOGRAY

PROJECT MANAGER

:David Mogray is a Project Manager. Working as part of the AECOM team he is responsible for timely delivery of all aspects of the project, team organization, client presentation and construction administration. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mogray worked for an architectural design firm; he led design teams and managed projects of various sizes including technology centers, athletic facilities and support centers.

Mr. Mogray received a Bachelor of Science in Architect and Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He is Certified in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).

THOMAS CHAMBERS

QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

:Thomas Chambers is a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer. As part of the Skanska team working on the Tarrant County College Redevelopment Northwest Campus, his duties involve all quality assurance and quality control components of the project. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Chambers worked as a Project Engineer with the Carleton Companies where he was responsible for producing and processing RFIs and contractor submittals.

Mr. Chambers received a Bachelor of Science degree from Prairie View A&M in Construction Science and Architecture.

EDUARDO JASSO

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

:Eduardo Jasso is an Assistant Project Manager. As a member of the AECOM team working on the Dallas Independent School District Bond Program, his duties involve tasks related to assisting the project manager from design phase to project closeout. Prior to his current role, Mr. Jasso worked on the NE End Around Taxiway project at DFW International Airport as an Assistant Project Manager.

Mr. Jasso received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts degree in Construction Management from Northlake College.

OVAIS KHAN

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

:Ovais Khan is an Assistant Project Manager. As part of the AECOM team, he is responsible for working on the Dallas Independent School District Bond Program. His duties involve tasks related to assisting the project manager from design phase to project closeout. Prior to joining the ACARI team, Mr. Khan was Amazon Warehouse Associate where he specialized in shipping and receiving.

Mr. Khan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Texas at Dallas.
