Rick’s 35 years of experience includes a broad range of construction responsibilities, including owner’s representative, estimating, project supervision, property management and project management. He has been an integral part of many types of projects, including office-park infrastructure, tenant finish-out, ground up construction of light and high-tech industrial facilities, single to multi- level office buildings and parking structures, corporate headquarters, remodels and structural remediation.
