Russ brings 40 years of construction management experience to the ACARI team. He has a background that ranges from estimating, to project and construction management. Russ has a clear understanding of construction projects, which has helped him successfully manage his projects time and again. He is a team player, leader, and mentor. Russ is resourceful, efficient and analytical, with strong communication skills.
